As a People Operations Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our workforce is nurtured, supported, and empowered to excel. This role requires a deep understanding of all facets of company operations, particularly those related to personnel management.

Challenges to tackle:

  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations while determining the most suitable employment contract type for mutual benefit of both the employer and the employee.

  • Collaboration with accounting and legal teams to tailor contracts to team needs.

  • Contract preparation.

  • Collaborating with Recruitment and People & Culture team with processes related to onboarding new joiners: issuing equipment and introduction to IT systems.

  • Employment documentation management and personnel file archiving.

  • Employee payroll processing.

  • Organising various company events: team-bonding meet-ups, visits of our clients, participation at external conferences, etc.

  • Supporting our team when various tasks and issues arise.

What do we expect:

  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in a similar position

  • Fluent communication in English (written and spoken)

  • An analytical approach and attention to detail

  • Great self-organisation skills and a sense of ownership

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace or/and MS Office

  • Experience in contract adaptation and process management

  • Hybrid work model; occasionally, there is a need to work from our office, because of the documentation and equipment handling. But generally, we’re a remote-first company.

  • Salary level: 8 000 - 10 000 on a B2B contract.

  • Open company financial records (for example, income, expenses, forecast)
