If so, we might have an interesting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Head of Delivery who could work smoothly with our team and help us shape our delivery process in order to satisfy both our customers and developers.
Challenges to tackle:
Creating, planning and implementing a strategy for delivering a meaningful software to our clients
Ensuring clients satisfaction (NPS) and delivering the expected business value (with the support of our Development, Engineering and Sales teams)
Setting standards for quality of service delivery
Building long-lasting relationships with our clients
Involvement into a pre-sale process with onboarding potential customers
Building and overseeing processes of software delivery in Agile methodologies
Personnel allocation together with Engineering, Recruitment and Operations teams
For a short period of time, working as a Project Manager in some of our projects to get to know our team, clients and processes from the bottom up
What do we expect:
5-6 years of experience in working with multiple foreign IT startups
Fluent communication in English (written and spoken at least C1 level)
Strong negotiation skills and proven experience in managing stakeholder expectations
Great understanding of expected business value in startup environment
Proven experience in building and managing software delivery processes
People management skills and a sense of leadership
A solution-focused approach and attention to detail
Great self-organization skills and a sense of ownership
