Challenges to tackle:

  • Building stable and long-lasting relationships with our clients

  • Forecasting and executing sales plans

  • Negotiating contracts and preparing tailored offers for clients

  • Collaborating with the delivery team after closing a deal

  • Reporting sales results directly to the Board

  • Managing the whole sales process

  • Investigating customer needs, discovering pain points, and offering solutions

 

What do we expect:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in IT services

  • Experience in developing international business opportunities (Europe & US)

  • Fluent communication in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong networking skills

  • Proven sales track record

  • Experience working with sales tools like: (CRMs, Woodpecker, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo.io, etc)

  • Making decisions based on data and experience, not just a hunch

  • High level of communication skills and empathy, sense of leadership

  • Experience in a startup environment

  • A solution-focused approach and attention to detail

  • Great self-organization skills and a sense of ownership
