If so, we might have an interesting opportunity for you. We are looking for an IT Project Manager who could work smoothly with our team and help us shape our delivery process in order to satisfy both our customers and developers.
Challenges to tackle:
Maintaining relationships with our strategic customers over the lifetime of partnership
Facilitating communication between our teams, experts and customers
Shaping internal processes and operating standards to improve quality
Making sure that our customers get the business value they need and expect
Planning and executing long-term goals for Ragnarson and our partners
Involvement into a pre-sale process with onboarding potential customers

What do we expect:
High level of communication skills and empathy, sense of leadership
At least 2-3 years of experience at a similar position
Fluent communication in English (written and spoken)
Experience in a startup environment or in IT / Software companies
SCRUM knowledge (or other agile methodologies)
A mature attitude to life and professional work habits
Experience with managing people or teams
A solution-focused approach and attention to detail
Great self-organization skills and a sense of ownership
