Challenges to tackle:
Source and identify new investments, trends and opportunities
Support investment team in evaluating investment opportunities, e.g. by making calls with founders, analysing impact potential, business plan, market and industry trends
Help build expertise and theses around specific impact sectors.
What do we expect:
Min. 2 years of experience in investing, consulting or analytical position
Understanding of the startups environment
Outstanding analytical and connect-the-dots skills
Passion for impact environmental topics
Good command of written and spoken Polish (min B2)
Very good communication skills, both written and verbal in English is essential
Ability to self-manage and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
A solution-focused approach and attention to detail
Great self-organization skills and a sense of ownership

We act as a software agency and an angel investor, investing in and co-creating products with founders.
